In the meantime, I wanted to thank you for creating the books, and posting so may wonderful recipes (not too mention interesting stories and cute photos of your adorable fur babies). Your website is such an important resource. You see, I have known that I have Candida for sometime, but just couldn't follow the bland 'starvation' diet I was instructed to follow (I felt like I was starving, I had nausea, and I was miserable). I am also allergic to eggs, dairy and gluten which I have managed to eliminate from my diet. The information on your website has given me the final key that I need to really change my diet and turn my health around. Not to mention, the recipes fit ALL of the criteria that I need to really conquer Candiada and eliminate food allergens. I cannot thank you enough!!!!! I just purchased 2 of your dessert books.
