[...] “I realize that many people may think the term ‘healthy dessert’ is an oxymoron,” says Ricki. I hear this all the time too. I would very much like to buy your book Ricki. On Amazon you mentioned that the second edition would come out in September. But I called the publisher earlier today and they didn’t seem to know anything about this. Please let me know when I can get the new edition as I would rather buy the book with the corrections. I hope it is soon because it looks great! Many thanks.
Hi Ricki, (I sent this as a regular email reply to you but got an automated answer. I know that you are very busy and I don’t want to bother you. I just want to find out when the next edition will come out. Many thanks.)
Thanks for getting back to me. By the way, I found out about the book from Nava Atlas’ e-newsletter.
It is too bad that you are having trouble with the publisher. The price you are selling it for is a great one. I will think about it for a week or two. Perhaps you will find out more about the second edition by next month. If it is going to be a long wait then I just might buy the first edition because I really want it. Keep me posted on what is happening with the book.
By the way, I really like your sight. Looking forward to buying the book soon and good luck with the publisher.
Ciao,
Sharon
Hi Ricki,
Well, keep me posted on what happens with that second edition. If it is going to be a long time for it to come out then I will probably buy the first edition when it goes on sale next month. It sounds like a great book.
As I said, please keep me posted (I sent this via regular email as well).
Ciao,
Sharon

Hi Ricki,
It is veggiegal 13 here again (Sharon). I am wondering if you heard anything new from your publisher about a second edition of the book. Any possibility of it being republished soon?
I remember you said that starting in October you were going to sell the book for $25 (including shipping) to people in the US and Canada. Are you still going to do that? It is possible, and there is not going to be a second edition in the near future, I would like to buy a copy if it is possible. If it is not then I will just buy the book from Amazon.
I see that one of your bloggers converts the recipes to gluten free. It would be interesting to try and make them both ways. I am glad that quinoa flour is not used as I have developed a strange allergy to quinoa.
Well, that’s it for now. Please let me know about the book when you can (I might try to send you a regular email as well). Ciao.
Hi Ricki, I want to order the book right away. However, you don’t know when it will be shipped out. I want to have it sent to my work address. However, I don’t know that the status of my job will be after the first part of November. We are having a fundraiser in early November and everything seems to depend on how that goes. If I submit my work address and something happens (I am not saying that it will but just in case) will I be able to change the shipping address and how would I be able to do that. Thank you very much.
Hi Ricki,
Oh, I am aware that you are the one mailing the books and that will be time consuming. If I order the book from you tomorrow after I get home from work I would guess that I will get it before November. If it is a problem then I can order it from Amazon. It would be a bit more money but I don’t want you going crazy trying to get the book out. But I would rather order it directly from you. And, of course, I know that the address could not be changed once the book was mailed. So, if you think that I would get the book before November just let me know and I will place the order tomorrow night.
Thank you very much.
Hi Ricki, I just ordered the book directly from you via Paypal. I look forward to receiving it. Please let me know when it ships. I liked your review of Clean Food.
Many thanks.
