Hi Ricki! I just wanted to shoot you a quick note. I saw you had mentioned on Katie’s blog that Artisana Nut Butters are not available north of the border, but in fact, they are! If you’d like, shoot me an email and I can put you in touch with a local distributor in your area that will be able to guide you to some awesome stores. Also, don’t know if you’ll have the chance to go, but keep your eyes peeled for our booth @ CHFA show thats coming up!

i recently bought a great little book called “get the sugar out” by ann louise gittleman that has some awesome sugar-free or low-sugar whole-grain recipes. i would be happy to share them with you if you’re interested.
