And liked your FB page! Yay!

Oh my word, you have truly out-done yourself. Even if I don’t win, I’ll be buying this e-book! I really want to try the fudge, the fudge brownies, the bread puddings… everything!
Are there 44 recipes in the book? Oh, and do they rely on a lot of dried fruit, or are they more often stevia sweetened? I need to avoid fruit of all kinds right now, but I’m all for stevia.

Ari, there are 19 recipes in the book (most have full-page color photos) and two sections with information about the diet and ingredients, amounting to 44 pages total. I use NO dried fruits, and only what are called “non-sweet” fruits–apple, pear, berries. Full information is on the Ebook page.

Yup, I’ll definitely be getting myself a copy of this book. I’ve been following your website for the last few months, since discovering I have Candida. Thanks for all your delicious work!!

Chocolate hazelnut cookies, um well you get the picture. They all look lovely!

OH My Heavens. That picture of the individual bread pudding with caramel sauce is calling my name. My mouth is watering. I’d love to win this book.
[Reply]
I already have the Anti-Candida Feast, which saved and continues to save my Thanksgiving AND Christmas… I LOVE that book. I would love to win a copy of this one, but even if I don’t I will have to buy it. Thank you, Ricki! The recipe I am most excited about is the Carob/Chocolate Fudge!
[Reply]
Mounds bites? YUM!
[Reply]
Most appealing to me is the vanilla custard, but that doesn’t mean the other recipes are less appealing, not at all.
I follow you on twitter.

I’m linking to this on my last post. There … all in one comment.
[Reply]
These recipes look fantastic. Most appealing to me are the bounty bites. Mounds were my favorite candy before I went vegan and I’ve missed them so.
[Reply]
I am IN LOOOOVE with the Pumpkin-Apple Crumble Bars!!!! WANT!
[Reply]
You had me right off the bat with the vanilla custard! I love fruit and custard tarts and have been trying to play around with a vegan custard for the recipe, but none have turned out as thick and rich as your recipe looks.
[Reply]
Oh, those bounty bites are so for me! Thanks for the giveaway!

[Reply]
the hazelnut chocolate cookies look awesome!
[Reply]
ooh my, they all look soo yummy! my mouth is watering! good job on these! I think I’d go for bounty bites as I’ve been so craving having a chocolate bar, think this would really hit the spot! yum.
[Reply]
The bluberry chia pudding looks ssooooooo good
[Reply]
At first I was going to say the brownies, but now that I’ve seen the mounds… hmmmm tough call!! Probably the mounds because I can’t resist coconut. Looks like you put together another amazing book! Congrats.
[Reply]
Wow. I can’t decide if those brownies look like something bordering on evil or simply divine! Either way, I’m dying to try them out…
[Reply]
Well most, if not all, recipes appeal to me. But since i have to make a choice, i’ll choose the Grain Free Ginger Coconut Cookies (i’ve never had a ginger cookie with coconut).
[Reply]
Wow, everything looks so good but I think the custard appeals to me the most- maybe because I just really crave a creamy delicious custard right now? Mmm…
[Reply]
Those chocolate brownies look amazing, definitely what I would most like to try.
[Reply]
those truffles look divine!
[Reply]
Yay for a new book, Ricki! Man, it’s a toss-up between the brownies and the cinnamon-almond fudge, but everything looks amazing!
[Reply]
Everything looks amazing Ricki! I can’t wait to try the Mounds Bites and Fudge recipes.
[Reply]
wow, how do you pick just one??? they all appeal to me, but right now i’m thinking the vanilla custard to pair with all the fresh fruit
but now i feel boring!
[Reply]
those fudgy brownies look amazing! If I had to pick one, I’d eat those. Also, your chocolate-green tea truffles look like something from a Godiva box!
[Reply]
These sound wonderful! The first thing I’ll try is the Mounds Bites.
[Reply]
That blueberry chia pudding looks so neat!! I would love to win and try it. All of these recipes look amazing as usual!
[Reply]
OH YUM! The custard all the way for most appealing recipe, after all I am from England, but they ALL look pretty darn fantastic.

[Reply]
My mind stopped at the very beginning with your strawberry parfait! It looks so good and light enough to be a frequent dessert
[Reply]
Definitely the individual bread puddings with caramel sauce! I’m a little bit obsessed with making desserts in individual portions (so cute!), and I’d love to see what a “healthier” caramel sauce involves. I wonder if I could get away with making it a salted caramel sauce…
[Reply]
Everything looks and sounds fantastic! Congrats on finishing it. If I don’t win, it’s definitely going on my want list
[Reply]
What absolutely gorgeous photos – congratulations on another great book!
I have to say at the moment my current pick would have to be those Bounty Bites… though I think I would just want to devour the entire batch in a sitting!

The bread pudding looks delicious! I’d love to try it

All the best with your new e-book!
[Reply]
Ricki, you are a dessert genius!! Those recipes all look fantastic! I think my favourite one is probably the fudge though, but really the rest are close behind.

[Reply]
Blueberry Chia Pudding! Looks amazing!
[Reply]
The brownies look delicious!
[Reply]
Hmmm…the brownies, of course. But that picture of the bread pudding looks very good – and I don’t normally like bread pudding.
[Reply]
Everything looks so delicious – if I don’t win a copy of the e-book, I’ll probably buy one!
[Reply]
Such smart marketing, Ricki, with these photos–every one of them absolutely stunning as I’m sure the recipes are. Wait, can recipes be stunning? How about amazing, incredible, mouth-watering, fabulous, etc. etc.? Yeah, I’m betting all those apply and more. Congrats on this awesome new book and thanks to YOU and all your taste testers, too! I won’t enter the giveaway, but best of luck to everyone else.
