Thanks so much! And I'm glad you like the recipes. Please do feel free to link the recipe. Generally, photos aren't shared in the same way--I do sell some of my work to publications but for copyright purposes I prefer that other bloggers use their own pics as a rule. Thank you for asking! :)

Hello Ricki! Yeah, I love your blog. Especially because the naturopath has given me the elimination diet to mess with (allergies...I despise youuu). I also would love to share this recipe on my blog? Is it okay to use your beautiful photo, so long as I link handsomely? :)

Either way, I'm very happy to mention the recipe. You have such fantastic taste with the handful of recipes I have used. Thanks!

When I saw that frozen cube of wheatgrass, I did want to have it! I think I've only tried wheatgrass once. I love seeing all the green food you ate! Looks like a delicious day. Except maybe the green slime haha.

Voracious Vegan,
Oddly, I am not really a big fan of Green Day. But they served their purpose here! ;)

Johanna,
The slime takes some getting used to ;) Thanks so much for the award--I am going to try to go for it!

Leah,
Love the word-play! :)

Darryn,
Thanks so much for your comment, and for reading! And congrats on the ACD. :) Re: feeling full faster, there's the old theory that your stomach "shrinks" with time. I think it's more that your metabolism simply gets used to less food, and your body is telling you that it's had enough. You need less really nourishing food to feel full than junk food (which basically has no nutrients, so your body keeps asking for more). It could also be attributed to loosening the hold of sugar--sugar is highly addictive, and candida compels you to eat more and more to feel the yeast. . .so when you forgo sugar for a time, the yeast dies down and you don't feel like eating that much. Just a theory! :)

jessy,
The carob really did make a huge difference. And wheatgrass, as Astra said, rocks! :)

Kelly Michelle,
I'm really sorry about the price--I have been trying to get the publisher to lower it since they first assigned it! Maybe this year. . . anyway, the book is also available for $14.95 as a pdf (identical to the paper book), if you look here. There are also a couple of giveaways in the works, so stay tuned! :)

Olivia,
Yes, I am now totally hooked on matcha!

wow lots of green. I just requested that my library system purchase a copy of your cookbook. Broke college students can't afford more books than we already have to purchase, lol. I'm really hoping they get it since I've been wanting to look at it since it was published!
