you can use the print screen function on a pc to take a snapshot of the screen which can be cropped in power point or other image software. on a mac, apple 4 brings up a bulls eye that you can use to draw a box around whatever you want to take a snapshot of. it’ll likely show up on your desktop. let me know if that helps!

Congrats to the winner! I’m trying to play catch up with the blogs. I love Teff and have been meaning to post a great cookie recipe I came up with a few years ago. I’ve never heard of yacon syrup.
