Ever since I started this ACD last March (gasp!), I’ve felt the need to prove that even desserts on the anti-candida diet (or any sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan diet) can still taste good.**

** I won’t say “taste great,” because, really, even I realize that real chocolate, and pure maple syrup, and agave nectar, and tropical fruits are pretty hard to match. But these ACD-friendly desserts still taste great to me, and they can provide a healthy, satisfying alternative–even for people able to consume all those non-ACD foods.
