I love tea in all its forms. I've been using and healing myself (and others) with medicinal herbs for 15 years. I put caffeine aside for a while (part of my healing process) and am rediscovering green tea. Japanese teas are complex and also have medicinal uses (some are better for digestion or children for example)...I'm starting to learn about those.
