I would never think to put it in a dip. I think your description of it as chutney/salsa/jam makes it sound even better! I recently went to the UBC apple festival (an annual thing) and got to taste probably about 50-60 apples! Most of them you can't buy but it was really cool to try them all. I still love my gala and ambrosia apples the best though. I love that you’re featuring apple in different ways! I would never think to put it in a dip.
