I bought Virgin Unrefined Coconut Oil but it states it can only be used up to 280 degrees F. Yet all of your AMAZING recipes allow it to be baked in 350 and higher. What's the dealio?

I'm just curious, which brand of chocolate chips do you use that are dairy free and free of refined sugars?
I currently use Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips and it is made from cocoa butter, chocolate liquor and "evaporated cane juice". I have gone back and forth about evaporated cane juice but because these are the only chips I can find that are the most "wholesome", I have turned a blind eye to it =)

Yup, I've had my eye on that recipe for quite a spell, but I'm a-likin' your version much better! As one who lives amongst cowboys - Austin is very high tech and mod, but pickups and cowboys are very much a part of the culture too - I have to say their least appealing qualities are stomping around in their boots and their bellies hanging over huge belt buckles.

On a completely different note, I just had my first delicious bowl of chia seed pudding. I am forever indebted to you for introducing me to chia seeds. I am in love with them.
