Just had to pop in and tell you how much my boy and I LOVED the lentil/rice/sweet potato bowl with almond-curry sauce. We're working hard to cut down on sugar/bad carbs while amping up the veggies, and this was super filling and satisfying. I was licking the sauce out of the food processor. We'll be making this again and again, as well as other recipes from your blog. Thanks!

Hahaaa, I like VeggieGirls comment: bowl meal food porn. It's so true!

Maybe I'll make one of these instead of those pancakes for dinner. That sounds like a healthier choice :)

Thanks for the great recipes Ricki AND for the wealth of knowledge. I'm trying to clean up my diet a bit too -- if you need support, I am here for you!
