It may not be sweet, but it is deliciously tart and (a little bit) bitter. Lizzie-- I didn't taste dandelion until I was MUCH older than you! But once I got my first bite, I can tell you, it's now one of my favorite greens (especially in this salad) :) lindsay, I've even been known to have it for breakfast w/ some scrambled tofu.
