		<description>Hi There, I didn&#039;t have all the ingredients listed, so I substituted organic kamut pancake mix for the spelt. It had all the ingredients like Baking powder, sea salt, etc. and it cooked a lot faster. It turned out well. Also, I had to substitute cranberries for the dates. Just a thought, if you want to make a short cut. Thanks for the recipe!</description>

		<description>Well, after finding your blog the other day, I decided to go ahead and print out the recipe for these muffins (they looked soo good!).
I found the muffins to be REALLY maple-flavored,and thought they were good.
But i decided to wait and post my review/comment on them the next day (after reading how they improve with time).
And improve they did! I have gotten many compliments from the fam, and i must say, they are different from anything i&#039;ve made. Delish!
AAaannd once i re-read the blog about the muffins, i realized i had peeled the orange when i wasnt supposed too! OOPS.
But they still taste awesome.
